How do I get rid of this virus!?

I want a simple way! It causes yahoo and google search redirects, and pop ups especially when i search It is really aggravating when I those pop ups keep coming up and those redirects!! I already tried a couple anti malware and anti spyware programs like malewarebytes and superantispyware. Malwarebytes did good the 1st time i used it but after that it didn't find anything when I know my pc is still infected! I don't think it is the Google Redirect Virus because i followed the directions someone gave me and i couldn't find the "TDSSserv.sys" thing! I really need to get rid of this virus! HELP ME OUT!!
