Help something just happened to my dad.?

My dad just fell twice and he is dizzy and stuff. and we don't know what to do. he slept a lot today. he's slurring his words and i don't think that he's been drinking. we've checked all the plaaces where there is alcohol and we haven't been able to find anything missing. we're really scared any medical thing? stoke? please heelp? my mom doesn't want to call 911 because if he's just tired it's a waste of time. i told her it's worth it, but i don't think she's listening. please help.
