did you purchase it with a pre-installed windows 7? if not then you will have a lot of problems. you still have the warranty so bring it back to the shop for claims. if you installed windows 7 in your unit, be sure to have the installation cd and install the drivers correctly. if you still have lots of bugs, i recommend you to use vista instead. good luck
