I need some help with a really odd issue at work?

Of course...you should definitely have a private meeting with your boss. If something is bothering you at work, you have the right to speak your mind. Make sure you organize what you want to say before the meeting though so that way you dont speak irrationally or get upset/frustrated while youre speaking to her. You do have to remember that you will be approaching a touchy subject (her daughter) so make sure to tell your boss how shes making you feel w/o calling her names or making her look like some horrible demon (even if thats how you feel about her). Also let her know how your other coworkers are treating you and you dont think its right when all youre trying to do is do your job. Tell your boss that you understand her daughter is only 12 but you dont feel it sets a very good example to everyone else at your work if shes undermining you constantly...they pick up on her behavior and mimic it and thats not ok with you. Hopefully you have a nice boss who will understand where you are coming from and talk to her daughter and the other staff..if she doesnt, then do you really want to work for someone so unprofessional?
