Internet explorer spell check?

Hi, when I'm on the internet and I spell words wrong it underlines them as it would do in Word. I then can highlight it and right click for spelling suggestions. Most computers have this feature these days, however my dads doesn't. Does anybody know of a way he can get that on his computer?
