Money is the root of my evil!?

i have posted a couple of questions now, and have come to realise that there is no real answer to my problem, but out of sheer desperation im gonna try one last time! does anyone , anywhere in the history of mankind know of anywhere i could get a loan from? ive tried all the obvious places with no luck. How do you go bout getting a loan from these loan shark places? please any help will be greatly appreiated,love bex.x
