What is a DVD Decrypter?
DVD copying software only works on non encrypted DVDs such as home movies. Using a DVD decrypter removes encryption so that DVD copying utilities can read it. What happens is you create your new DVD from the file without encryption which the decrypter creates on your hard drive..
