Has any ever witness with their own eyes a gory accident or the scene of the accident?

I witnessed a woman, who I presume was mentally unbalanced, run into traffic on the freeway nude. She was struck by a vehicle and thrown about 20 feet in the air. This was at a distance and by the time I reached where she landed it was not pretty. The images stayed with me for a while.
