How do i pick up a heavy patient without injuring my back, and how do I rub ointment on his sunburned bum?

I am working with Mr Hugh, and have been reign to as his nurse again. he is very happy, but I am a bit upset, ever since he faked his death. Anyways, he was at Cozumel the whole time and has gotten sunburned, gained weight and now and he is very, very heavy. I am only 140 pds and he is about 259 pds and 5'11". What should I put for his tender skin to alleviate his sunburned bum, and also how should I prepare a good diet. thank you
