BBT and TTC??Help w/ everything..PLEZ?

Ok so for the past 9 days or so my bbt had been 99.4...and my ovulation was Nov.16 i has Nov.13 and on Nov. 22 i had spotting. i am now 7dpo and i have been having symptoms of pregnancy..i have herd that if your bbt is up for about 10 days then that means that you are prego, it that true? When is the best time to take a PT? i know that i need to take one on Nov.30th b/cthat'ss when im expecting my next period, but can i take it any earlyer and get a BFP insteaded of a BFN?
