Whos the better fantasy RB? Edgerin James or Willie Parker?

I'm about to make a trade to acquire either Edgerin James or Willie Parker. Which one should I go for? James is losing goal line carries to Hightower, so I'm leaning towards Parker right now. What are your thoughts?
