Is this a symptom of an STD?

Could be the work making you tired, but because you had a red spot on your it would be better to go to a doctor and get tested, apparently it's not a nice experience (my partner got tested before we had to make sure he was safe.), but if it is an STD, the quicker you find out what it is (if anything), the easier it will be to treat.
