Survivor's guilt?

I am recently returned from Kuwait. I know no biggie. Anyways I'm a Corpsman (if you don't know what that means don't bother answeringthis) and i spent a majority of my deployment sitting in a tmc wishing like hell they would let me go North so at least one of my marines or soldiers could get a break. So i know a lot of guys that are up north, and are scared to leave thier guys in anyone elses hands even though they are beyond burnt out. Not to mention i have two or three relatives there. So i guess i got some pseudo survivors guilt anyone got advice or been stuck in the rear? i could really use soe advice
